Guess what, I just got my VERY FIRST CREDIT CARD!!!! XD
Well, there's two actually - a Mastercard (the one in the picture above) and a Visa. What had me laughing was the fact they were both Platinums~ XP Since when do little 18-year-old girls like me get Platinum credit cards? I haven't even done anything yet! Haha!! XD
Anyway, as you can see I tested them out once activating them. The Mastercard was used to pay dinner at Sri Ayutthaya (spelling? o_O) the other night and the Visa one was just used to pay lunch today at Sheraton Subang - Yee Sang people, Happy (upcoming) Chinese New Year!

Going off topic now...
Days have been passing pretty simple as of late. Glad to say I've finally taken care of Final Fantasy 8. My opinion? Decent storyline though it's not the greatest FF game to ever grace my path.
What I mainly love about it is the game's setting, with students as SeeDs trained to fight off the evil sorceress' - definitely worthwhile RP material.
The characters are memorable enough though I didn't really like anyone in particular.
I've discovered however that I share one too many similarities with the game's lead, Squall Leonhart. It's his loner nature that I can easily relate to; basically because I feel the same way. So wanna know my inner personality? Well, observe him for the first half of the game and that's me for you (or close enough XP).
I must admit though, the game had one heck of a wacky ending (and I mean wacky as in 'weird' - the whole 'time compression' thing). Not that it isn't great though, cause it is; as is with almost all the Final Fantasy games I've played. I mean, it is a nice conclusion to things, how Squall is finally able to depend on other people and not be alone anymore - the dude actually smiles!!! I have seen better endings though.
Thinking about it, both 7 and 8 really didn't have much of a happily-ever-after-ish feel to their endings, huh. Which is probably why till this day, 9 steals my heart for overall memorability of its characters (*Note: I still love Cloud XP).

Truth be told, I guess in the long run I'll never be able to compare all the FF games that I've played and say - confidently - which one is my absolute fav BECAUSE IT'S OUTRIGHT IMPOSSIBLE!!! XD
In their own separate ways each one is amazing and so worth the play. They all tell their own splendid story and I'm in love with every last one of them (maybe minus FF12 where story is concerned XP).
Guess it's time I returned the game. So long, FF8~~ XD
